We create your monitoring centre account on the ElectroniSafe portal, with secure access (two-factor authentication).
IP address/port for SIA-DCS and/or Contact ID — both if needed, editable at any time.
From the client's box, the installer picks your centre from a list along with the protocol — the account code is generated automatically, unique to that box.
Standard frames on your existing receiver, with a video alarm verification link on demand.

Each monitoring centre account can declare a SIA-DCS address and a Contact ID address — the installer picks the right protocol box by box, without any of it changing your configuration.
