From the customer's box, the installer picks your centre from a list along with the protocol; the account code is generated automatically, unique to that box.

Footage stays stored on the box, at the customer's premises. What reaches you is the event (type, zone, timestamp) in SIA/Contact ID format, plus a time-limited video link if you need to verify the alarm: never a permanent stream, never storage on our side.

What we get asked the most.
Do we need to change our receiving equipment?
No. SIA DC-09 and Contact ID frames are standards your receiver already reads. IA-N is added just like any other transmitter.
Who chooses each customer site's account code?
It is generated automatically and assigned to each box individually, never shared between two customers, even with the same installer.
How long before we're operational?
Once your account is created and your receiving address is set, any installer can select you immediately from their box.
Is there a cost for the monitoring centre?
No, the connection is free for you. Your business model with your customers remains entirely your own.
Can we change the receiving address later?
Yes, directly from your portal, at any time, without deleting and recreating the account, without losing the history.
