In brief For any question about the IA-N Analyse plugin, email support@electronisafe.fr, in English or French, with the plugin version, the VMS version and the plugin logs. We answer on French business days, 9:00 to 18:00, Paris time.
This page is a translation of the French version.
IA-N Analyse is ElectroniSafe's video analytics plugin. It is installed in the server of a video management system (VMS) built on the Nx platform, such as Nx Witness, where it detects people, vehicles and animals. This page explains how to get help.
1. Who to contact
- Installers and distributors: email support@electronisafe.fr.
- VMS users: contact your installer first; they know your installation and pass the request on to us if needed.
- Licence key, additional cameras or options, change of server: contact your distributor, or ElectroniSafe if you bought directly from us.
2. Days, hours and languages
- French business days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays in France), 9:00 to 18:00, Paris time (CET/CEST).
- Requests are handled in order of arrival; no response time is guaranteed.
- You can write in English or French.
3. What to include in your request
- The plugin version and the server operating system (Windows or Linux): banner of "IA-N Analyse" in Site Administration › Integrations, or "Support" page of the camera in its IA-N settings.
- The name and exact version of the VMS (VMS client, main menu, "About").
- On Windows, the installation log "journal_installation.txt" (folder C:\ProgramData\ElectroniSafe\IA-N Greffon\); on Linux, the output of the command "sudo ./installer_linux.sh status".
- The plugin log "ian_nx_plugin.log": its location is shown on the "Support" page of the camera.
- A screenshot of the integration banner, with the licence key hidden.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened, with the date and time.
The plugin logs only contain counters, durations and states (masked plates, no camera names).
4. What not to send
- The licence key in clear text: treat it like a password.
- Images of people or licence plates, or camera or server credentials: a description is enough. If further material is needed, we will agree with you on a suitable way to exchange it.
5. Documentation
The installer guide and the zone setup guide (PDF) are delivered in the "docs" folder of the plugin kit. All the guides and videos are also on the documentation page.
