3. What's new in version 1.4.0
- Alarm monitoring included in the license (valid or trial), with no paid option: alarms are sent to an alarm monitoring centre in SIA DC-09 (SIA-DCS) and Contact ID formats, with the account number, one zone number per camera and a verification link (camera and time, without any user name or password).
- Transmission schedule to the second (server, camera, rule). Outside the schedule, the alarm is not transmitted: it stays in Nx with the mention “outside monitoring schedule”. Cyclic test, supervision and video loss are always transmitted. Queue on disk: no loss and no duplicate when the centre stops answering or when Nx restarts. “Send a test to the centre” and “Current state” buttons.
- “GDPR file” button: ElectroniSafe's portal prepares the site's GDPR file from the server configuration, without any personal data, and sends it by e-mail to the license holder (link valid for 7 days).
- Separate updates: “Security automatic, new features on request” (default), “Everything automatic”, “Notify me only” or “Disabled”, and an “Install now” button. A 1.4 version receives its security fixes by itself; a newer version is only offered.
- Linux: decimal settings (confidence threshold…) are read correctly when the system language is French, German, Spanish or Italian.
- Update from 1.3.0: automatic through the signed update channel (license kept), or with the kit.
4. Video software and systems proven with version 1.4.0
- Tested with Nx Witness, Nx Meta and Wisenet WAVE 6.1.2.42921, and DW Spectrum 6.1.2.43047 (Windows and Linux).
- Nx Witness 6.1.2 on Windows Server 2022 and on Ubuntu 22.04 (x64): new installation, update from 1.2.0, alarms and alarm monitoring checked on real servers.
- Automatic update of a 1.3.0 to 1.4.0 through the signed update channel: proven on a real Nx server.
5. Installation in brief
- Windows: extract the kit on the video server, run INSTALLER.bat (about 1 minute without recording), paste the licence key or start the free trial in Site Administration › Integrations › “IA-N Analyse”, then enable IA-N camera by camera.
- Linux: extract the archive, check the files (sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txt), run “sudo ./installer_linux.sh install”, then the same settings in the video software client.
